We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just click the return my order button below within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll take you through the process.

Please be aware that we do not offer free exchanges, except for certain tiers of Blake's Clubs Members. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of items.
RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN AN UNWORN AND UNWASHED CONDITION, DEEMED FIT FOR RESALE WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL GOODS ARE INSPECTED ON RETURN.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING PRODUCTS ON, FOR EXAMPLE, ENSURE YOU ARE NOT WEARING MAKEUP, PERFUME, DEODORANT OR ANTIPERSPIRANT AS THIS MAY LEAVE MARKS ON THE PRODUCT AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY ITEM RETURNED TO US WITH ANY MARKS OR STAINS.
PLEASE FOLD ITEMS NEATLY IN THE CORRECT BAGS BEFORE RETURNING.
THE GOODS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH OUR WAREHOUSE, SO MAKE SURE ITS PACKED UP PROPERLY AND CAN’T GET DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEND THE PARCEL USING A TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS THAT GET LOST IN THE POST.

WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED OUTSIDE OUR WEBSITE, IF YOU REQUIRE A REFUND FROM ONE OF OUR STOCKISTS, YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN IT TO THE STORE YOU PURCHASED IT FROM.
Once approved, we can issue you a refund to your intitial method of payment, as store credit or as an exchange to another item.
ONCE THE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED TO US, THEY WILL BE INSPECTED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AS SOON AS WE HAVE INSPECTED AND APPROVED YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
WE WILL THEN PROCESS THE SHIPPING OF AN EXCHANGE OR ISSUE YOU A REFUND WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR EXCHANGE OR REFUND BEING APPROVED. HOWEVER, NORMALLY THIS WILL OCCUR AS SOON AS THE REFUND/EXCHANGE IS APPROVED. IT MAY TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO SHOW ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT.

Please be aware that in the event of a return, we will ship the replacement item to you with no shipping charges (excluding import duties into your country if applicable), however you will be responsible for getting the original item back to us at your cost.

FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK, YOU MAY BE OFFERED A SWAP-IT SERVICE WHERE THE COURIER WILL BRING YOU A NEW ITEM AND COLLECT THE INCORRECT ONE AT THE SAME TIME.
ALTHOUGH THIS IS HONESTLY A VERY RARE OCCURENCE, WE'RE VERY SORRY ABOUT THIS AND WILL SORT THIS OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
